As they say, we are small but mighty here at Ghidotti. We’re considered a boutique firm in industry speak, but our ideas are by the thousands and our energy is unlimited.

We are one of the top agencies in the region, particularly when it comes to expanding the role of content marketing to affect all other areas of the marketing strategy.     We work hard. And we play hard. We’re a team of mostly Millennials, so striking a balance between work and fun is important. We enjoy adventures together, including the horse races, the local brewery and a five-hour wild cave tour at Blanchard Springs Caverns (yes, everyone survived … barely).

    We like purpose in our life. We want to be an agency that is actively engaged in improving our city and state. We volunteer with many organizations as individuals and as a group. A few of our pet projects this year include the Heifer International's Urban Farm Fest, Downtown Little Rock's East Village Street Food Jam and Women's Foundation of Arkansas.

Maya Reed

Assistant Account Executive

Maya makes things happen. She’s on the front line each day, ensuring the Ghidotti Communications team and our clients have everything they need to succeed.

Before joining the Ghidotti team, Maya obtained her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arkansas State University. She also developed diverse experience through multiple Marketing and Public Relations internships throughout her undergraduate career which solidified her love for the industry.

When she’s not in the office, Maya enjoys learning more about social justice and educating her peers about the importance of advocacy. She has been a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. since 2015 and spear-headed multiple service events in the community.

Joshua Lane Cook

Joshua Lane Cook

Media Relations Manager

Joshua Cook is a communications and multimedia professional with extensive experience in breaking news, crisis management and corporate communications both as a network news journalist and public relations professional.

He leads media relations efforts on behalf of our clients, bringing both a strategic lens and tactical know-how to each and every project.

Before joining us, he served as director of public relations for Stratfor, an Austin, Texas-based geopolitical intelligence firm, where he led corporate communications and coordinated hundreds of national and international news interviews each year. Prior to that, he worked as assistant director of communications in the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin and spent over a decade working as a broadcast journalist, editor and producer with CBS Network Radio News in New York.

Candice Hickman

Candice Hickman

Media Planner/Buyer

Candice ensures our clients are getting the best coverage on a variety of media platforms throughout the state. From television production, to retail advertising and marketing and more, Candice brings in a unique perspective of multiple sides of the media industry.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication with a focus in television, Candice spent four years as a part of the production team and lead of the news graphic department at a major Little Rock network station. She then joined the marketing department of a prominent local retailer before heading to agency life at another Little Rock communication firm.

Candice spends her days at Ghidotti Communications strategizing media plans for our clients, working with sales reps and purchasing ad space across multiple media outlets. She, by far, knows more about numbers and Microsoft Excel than anyone in the office!

She is actively involved in the community through organizations such as Junior League of Little Rock.

Amanda Seevers

Account Executive

Amanda provides service and counsel to various clients with a focus on content creation, project management and implementation. Before joining us, she worked as a project manager for Few, a website/app design and development agency.

Her experience in account services, content creation/strategic creative development, and website/app project management equip her to adapt to all client needs and provide innovative solutions for dynamic communications and marketing tactics.

Amanda is an active Heifer International volunteer and helped create the first Urban Farm Fest, a young professionals event benefiting Heifer USA and Arkansas farmers, in 2017. She served as the event chair for the 2018 event. With a passion for fitness, Amanda also teaches barre at a local fitness studio, ZenStudio.

Allyson Pittman Gattin

Allyson Pittman Gattin

Account Executive

Allyson serves as the day-to-day relationship hub, working directly with our clients to ensure all of their needs are met and actively pursuing opportunities for growth. From writing messaging campaigns and social media content to identifying story ideas and more, Allyson manages multiple projects from conception to completion, always ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service. She has a passion for people – being around them, learning about them, and helping them – and loves working with our clients to improve their businesses every day.

Allyson joined our team after working in non-profit and for-profit companies, overseeing the marketing and public relations for two nationally renowned arts organizations and executing special events for a local niche publishing company. A third-generation PR professional, Allyson graduated with her bachelors of journalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism.

In her spare time, she serves as the Vice-Chairman of the City of Little Rock Arts and Culture Commission and as an Envoy Board Member at the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at UAMS. She spends her Sunday evenings as a youth counselor at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.

Heather Canterbury

Office Manager

Heather, or superwoman? Heather works on ensuring the team has everything they need to best serve clients. From bookkeeping to administrative organization to ordering very specific pens, Heather is always one step ahead.

Heather comes to Ghidotti Communications with extensive experience in administrative and supervisory roles. Most recently, she spent five years at a local art museum overseeing visitor services. Heather is also a talented artist specializing in photography. She earned her bachelor’s degree in art with an emphasis in graphic design from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

As office manager, Heather plays a crucial role in keeping our ship running smoothly. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day frontline operations. Whether it’s client billing and management, keeping up with HR duties, maintaining vendor communications or scheduling everyone’s birthday celebration, Heather is on it.

When not in the office, you can catch Heather behind the lens as she is actively involved in the art community and has volunteered with groups such as the Thea Foundation, Little Rock Film Festival, and the Garland House Art Shows. Heather’s photographic work has been featured in local and national publications, as well as several local group exhibitions. She actively photographs for Arkansas art magazine, The Idle Class, and showcases ongoing photographic series through Instagram.

Sandra McGrew

Sandra McGrew

Director of Content Marketing

At her core, Sandra McGrew is a storyteller. As a 14-year media veteran and marketing professional, Sandra leads the newest division within Ghidotti Communications as Director of Content Marketing.

Content marketing is quickly changing the way businesses interact with their customers and we understand the importance of this tactic, which is why we’ve created this leadership position within our company. Sandra has the knowledge and expertise to identify effective, creative ways for businesses to convey key messages to their target audiences.

She oversees The Arkansas 100, which consists of a biweekly e-newsletter, website and social portals that tell stories of Arkansas in 100 words or 100 seconds. It covers everything from travel and culture to business and entrepreneurship and everything in between.

Before joining our team, Sandra was the director of digital presence at Vines Media. She has also served as editor-in-chief of Little Rock Soirée magazine where she established the magazine’s digital presence by launching its website and very popular daily e-newsletter.

After graduating from Harding University with a degree in journalism, Sandra spent the first seven and half years of her career as a television news reporter, then served in state government both as the spokesperson for the Secretary of State under Charlie Daniels, and later as the public information officer for the Arkansas Insurance Department’s Rate Review Division after the Affordable Care Act passed in 2010. There, Sandra joined the team that helped launch a statewide education campaign promoting provisions of the new law, including the new marketplace.

Sandra volunteers her time as a board member for Yoga Warriors, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting the benefits of yoga to help relieve stress and symptoms of cancer, and is on the committee for Heifer’s annual Urban Farm Fest event. She’s also the Vice President of Ad Club Little Rock, the Little Rock chapter of the American Advertising Federation.

Kathryn Heller, APR

Director of Client Services

Kathryn is on the leadership team at Ghidotti Communications where she leads the account services team and oversees business development.

Kathryn manages day-to-day client relationships and creates strategic plans that address every client need. She supports the entire team in a variety of capacities and brings value to the clients through a deep understanding of key issues and industry trends.

With her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), Kathryn understands strategy and how marketing and Public Relations can affect the bottom line.

Before joining us, she served as public relations account executive for another local agency, where she managed and directed PR efforts for statewide clients in tourism, banking and healthcare. Kathryn serves as treasurer for the Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and enjoys volunteering with the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, the Arkansas Food Bank and Girls on the Run.

Natalie Ghidotti, APR

President/CEO

Natalie Ghidotti, APR, is principal of Ghidotti Communications, a public relations consulting firm headquartered in Little Rock’s Regions Center. She opened her own firm in 2007 and has since grown the firm to ten employees and a wide range of clients, including some of the region’s best-known brands. The firm serves clients that span all industries, including retail, fast food, healthcare, technology/marketing startups, nonprofits, professional services and more.

Prior to opening her own firm, Natalie was a senior public relations account executive with another marketing/PR firm in Little Rock. Before joining the public relations world in 2004, Natalie served as special publications editor-in-chief at Arkansas Business Publishing Group, where she was editor of Little Rock Family, Arkansas Bride, Little Rock Guest Guide and other magazines for five years. While at ABPG, Natalie won national awards from the Parenting Publications of America for her stories published in Little Rock Family. In her public relations career, Natalie has garnered top Prism Awards from the Public Relations Society of America and Bronze Quill Awards from the International Association of Business Communicators.

Natalie is an active community volunteer, serving on the board of the Arkansas Better Business Bureau Foundation, the Board Development Committee for the Girl Scouts Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, and as an active volunteer with Holy Souls School. She is a past president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and a past chairman of PRSA National’s Independent Practitioners Alliance. She has also served as one of a three-member leadership team overseeing National PRSA’s Section Council and has been a speaker for several PRSA International Conferences. Natalie is a member of PRConsultants Group, a collaborative of 50 senior-level PR practitioners representing the top markets in the country. She has served on the boards of directors for Reach Out and Read, Museum of Discovery, Centers for Youth and Families and the Girls Scouts.

She currently serves on the Rotary Club of Little Rock Foundation Board and is the club’s Programming Chairman. She has served on the boards of directors for Reach Out and Read, Museum of Discovery, Centers for Youth and Families and the Girls Scouts. She is a member of Leadership Arkansas Class XII, Leadership Little Rock, Class XVI, was named to Arkansas Business’ “40 Under 40,” and is troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Juniors Troop.
