Guided By Values

As they say, we are small but mighty here at Ghidotti. We’re considered a boutique firm in industry speak, but our ideas are by the thousands and our energy is unlimited.

We are one of the top agencies in the region, particularly when it comes to expanding the role of content marketing to affect all other areas of the marketing strategy. We are storytellers at heart, and we understand how the right content at the right time can change the conversation in the moment.

And this group of smart, fun, experienced storytellers live and die by a set of VALUES that we think are pretty darn important. For us, it’s all about our uniquely Ghidotti culture:

  1. Client Focused

We are in a service industry where agencies get fired every day for one bad customer service move. Everything we do is focused on customer service and being a true partner to our clients, providing them effective and efficient counsel whenever they need it. It also includes getting to know their business as well as they know it.

  2. Team Focused

We work hard. And we play hard. We’re a team of mostly Millennials, so striking a balance between work and fun is important. We enjoy adventures together, including the horse races, the local brewery and a five-hour wild cave tour at Blanchard Springs Caverns (yes, everyone survived … barely).

  3. Community Focused

We like purpose in our life. We want to be an agency that is actively engaged in improving our city and state. We volunteer with many organizations as individuals and as a group. A few of our pet projects this year include the Heifer International's Urban Farm Fest, Downtown Little Rock's East Village Street Food Jam and Women's Foundation of Arkansas.

Great Teams Lead to Great Results.

For us to succeed at life, work and the pursuit of happiness, we need a lot of partners to make that happen. Here are some of those connections, awards and networks that help us be leaders in the industry and for our clients.

It takes specific core values for us to be trusted with our clients’ reputations, relationships and results. We live by these every day in creating excellent work for our clients.

  • Dedicated to a successful outcome.
  • We care about the process, the details and the creativity.

Team-Based Approach to Service

  • Teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Working for the greater good of the organization, our clients and our community.
  • Capitalizing on the strengths of employees to get results.
  • We are not a team because we work together. We are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other.

Champions for Our Clients

  • We bring the pom poms and the megaphone.
  • We are always looking for ways to help our clients be better.
  • We put our clients first.
  • We are resourceful at every level – bringing new networks, partners, big ideas and extra awesome customer service.

Fiercely Curious
